Built before 1813 and situated in 21 acres of park and woodland, High Elms Manor, an elegant grade 2 listed Georgian residence, provides the perfect ambiance for any special occasion. With ample parking, we are located within easy access of the M1, A41, M25 and London. The ballroom overlooking our magnificent lawn, fountain and woodland will seat up to110 guests for a formal meal. The Manor House provides additional rooms for buffets, a fully licensed bar and disco, as well as catering facilities. The Manor House in total offers hospitality for 200 guests. There is a Tudor room for dancing which looks out over the paved terrace with ballustrade and seating. There is a gazebo for those wishing for an outdoor civil ceremony. There is a new room available for civil ceremonies indoors especially designed for the 'Country House Rescue' programme. There have been numerous other fils made on the property.
