Kedleston Hall is a magnificent Palladian mansion set in rural Derbyshire and offers lavish surroundings whether inside our magnificent state rooms or outside in our manicured gardens and sprawling parkland. The splendid 18th-century neo-classical hall, designed by the famous architect Robert Adam was built to impress and astound all who visited. The Hall has a series of magnificent state rooms, including the Saloon, Marble Hall and Library. The picturesque setting of the house includes gardens, parkland, lakes, cascades and a classical bridge. Kedleston Hall has easy access to Derby. The Saloon is a huge domed rotunda, which is Roman in inspiration. The room was traditionally used for balls and to impress guests to Kedleston. The Saloon at Kedleston Hall is licensed for civil wedding ceremonies. Photographs can be taken on the South Lawn. The South Lawn, CaesarsÂ’ Hall and the North Forecourt are available for a post-ceremony reception.
