My approach is very contemporary, I rarely work at all in fruit cake (don’t like an easy life!) and offer you a wide choice of delicious sponge cakes using family recipes handed down to me by my Grandmother, together with my own innovations to create a simply delicious cake. It is as important to me that the inside tastes as nice as the outside looks! I take great pride and care over your cake. Each one is special to me, and I will make everything fresh to order for you. Most of the decorations are hand crafted by me, with only 1 or 2 exceptions where uniformity is needed and it is impossible to do so by hand.
